Party FAQs
How do I reserve my party time and date?
For cooking parties, give us a call at 954-345-4575 or come
on in to the Growing Cooks Culinary Emporium and talk to
one of our Party Coordinators
How many guests can I have?
Minimum guest count is 8 and the maximum is 25
Can I choose the menu?
Yes, we have 6 predesigned parties each with 1-2 choices
of entree. We can also custom design your menu to avoid
allergies, use all organics, vegetarian, and even vegan.
Please note that although we can do allergy specific parties,
we are not a peanut or gluten free facility.
How far in advance must I book a party?
Please try to schedule your party at least 1-2 weeks out
so there is ample time to send invitiations and receive
RSVPs, however we are happy to book your party whenever
there is an opening.
What if I cancel a party?
Parties cancelled at least 10 business days before the event
will receive a full deposit refund. Parties cancelled between
9 and 5 business days will receive a refund of 1/2 of the
deposit. Parties cancelled in less than 5 business days
will not be refunded the deposit.
Can I purchase party favors?
Yes, we will give you a 10% discount off our cooking themed
party favors including aprons, embroidery, chef sets, utensil
sets, chef hats, and chef coats.
Can I add/subtract guests on the day of the party?
We require a final head count the day before the party so
we have ample time to make sure there are enough ingredients.
However, we can sometimes make exceptions depending on the
party type, please call us and we'll will always do our
best to accomodate you.
Where do the parents go?
Our parties are drop off and we strongly encourage the parents
to leave their children. The birthday parents are free to
stay and take pictures. Having all the parents stay in our
back room where the parties take place is a safety concern.
In certain instances we can set up the front area for parents
to stay we can offer a small catered menu. There is an additional
$30 fee for this service.
We do not allow other outside food to be brought in. |
